It is Thursday, July 7th and at 1:30pm today-our natural gas service is slated to be disconnected because our Landlord has not paid the bill. Additionally he has not paid the bill for the gargabe removal services either.

As I had stated in an earlier post, our Landlord-J. Nichols of Lodi, WI-has trouble paying his bills. He also has trouble maintaining our building and is currently in the process of attempting to sell this building with the help of Helen Wanca.

The thing, our Landlord seems to not realize is that if any main utility gets shut off, our building may deemed 'uninhabitable' and he then will not be able to sell. Additionally, once it becomes uninhabitable everyone has to move out, some can afford to-but others can not.

It is a sad situation all around, for everyone involved.
